Overview
Meeting AI takes the busywork out of meetings. Instead of scrambling to write things down, you get a clean record of what was said, what was decided, and what happens next — generated automatically and ready to share.
The problem
Notes from meetings are inconsistent, actions get lost, and the person taking notes can't fully take part. The information exists, but it's trapped in the conversation and disappears the moment the call ends.
What we built
A progressive web app — installable like a native app, but built once for every device. Under the hood it uses different language models for different jobs, so each task runs on the model best suited to it rather than a one-size-fits-all choice.
- Structured notes, summaries and action items generated from each meeting
- Reusable templates so recurring meetings stay consistent
- Per-task model selection for quality where it matters and speed where it doesn't
- Supabase-backed storage and auth, deployed as a fast, offline-capable PWA
